PROGRAM ADVERTISING

Ad space can be purchased while available for the printed program. To place an ad, complete and submit the Letter of Agreement. Ad submission deadline is January 15, 2026.

SYMPOSIUM SPONSORSHIP $7,500

Symposium sponsorship is open to exhibitors only (separate fee). Space is limited, and proposals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Time Slots:

  • Thursday, March 12, 2026 – after 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, March 14, 2026 – 12:30–1:30 PM (open lunch hour)
  • Saturday, March 14, 2026 – 6:30 PM or later

Sponsor Responsibilities:

  • Event planning and logistics
  • Promotion and RSVP management
  • Payment of all event-related expenses (catering, audiovisual, electrical, etc.)

SPA Support Includes:

  • Email announcements sent by SPA to share your symposium details to attendees (with your RSVP link)
  • Program review by SPA to ensure quality and relevance to pediatric anesthesiology. SPA approval required in advance of event planning.
