The Society for Pediatric Anesthesiology (SPA) invites your organization to participate in the Pediatric Anesthesiology 2026 Meeting through exhibit and sponsorship opportunities.

Your partnership plays a vital role in the success of this conference and highlights your organization’s commitment to advancing education and improving patient care in pediatric anesthesia.

About the Meeting

This annual event brings together leading experts in pediatric medicine, anesthesia, and surgery, representing both clinical and basic science disciplines.

Target Audience

The program is designed for anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals who care for children in anesthesia and critical care settings, as well as researchers whose work relates to pediatric anesthesia.

We anticipate more than 1,000 attendees at the 2026 SPA–AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology Meeting.

EXHIBIT SPACE

Exhibits will be in the Plaza Exhibit/Foyer located on the Concourse Level of the Plaza Building.

The exhibit hall floor plan will be available November 2025.

    • Single booth is 10’x 10′
      • Pipe and drape
      • Identification sign
    • Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
    • Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
    • Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPA cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
    • SPA reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit booths if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT

We are accepting Agreements for exhibit booths and program advertising. To secure your exhibit space and program ad, complete the online Letter of Agreement.

Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.

  • To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
  • To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Society for Pediatric Anesthesia and mail the check to SPA, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

You’re invited to exhibit at the 2026 Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Society Annual Meeting and the Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine’s Annual Meeting. Both will be held March 12, 2026, the day before the SPA meeting. CCAS and SPPM share one exhibit hall.

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Exhibitor badge names are due by February 13, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $250.

Freeman is the official general service contractor for the SPA exhibit hall in Denver. The Freeman exhibitor service kit will be available December 2025.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The SPA meetings will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown located at 1550 Court Pl, Denver, CO 80202.

The SPA group rate is $249.00 USD + Taxes & Fees. The rate cut off is Friday, February 14, 2026 or when the block fills, whichever occurs first.
