- Promoting an environment of continuous process improvement
- Identifying current key quality issues for Pediatric Anesthesia
- Planning and implementing these changes/projects with endorsement from the SPA leadership

Development of Pediatric Emergency checklists – by Checklist subcommittee
Integration and partnership with other SPA committees for quality related projects

- Recommendations for peri-operative management of Diabetes mellitus in children
- Radiation safety for Pediatric Anesthesiologists
- COVID Pediatric Airway checklist
- Intra-operative hand-off checklist
- Postoperative apnea project
- Pedi Crisis checklist
- Pedi Crisis app
