About the Meeting
This annual event brings together leading experts in pediatric medicine, anesthesia, and surgery, representing both clinical and basic science disciplines.
Target Audience
The program is designed for anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals who care for children in anesthesia and critical care settings, as well as researchers whose work relates to pediatric anesthesia.
We anticipate more than 1,000 attendees at the 2027 SPA–AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology Meeting.
PROGRAM AND EXHIBIT SCHEDULE
The 2027 program and exhibit schedule will be available summer 2026.
Exhibit Schedule – TBA
Exhibit Hall move-in will be Thursday, March 4, 2027.
Exhibit hours will be on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6.
Exhibit Hall move-out will be Saturday, March 6.
EXHIBIT SPACE
Exhibits will be in the Grand Ballroom located in the Atlantis Conference Center. The exhibit hall floor plan will be available soon.

- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPA cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- SPA reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit booths if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
We will begin accepting exhibit agreements for SPA-AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology 2027 summer 2026.
You’re invited to exhibit at the 2027 Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia Society Annual Meeting and the Society for Pediatric Pain Medicine’s Annual Meeting. Both will be held March 4, 2027, the day before the SPA meeting. CCAS and SPPM share one exhibit hall.
